For this special project, all the coffee farmers from Palo Cabildo learned how to make a natural process coffee for the first time, but it feels like they have been doing it for their whole life!
This amazing lot is the first of this project, which had a stunning improvement against the original washed lots we tried the first time and we hope to share it with as many roasters as we can to showcase the amazing results of more than 45 producers!
