PROCESS
This guava banana nano batch, is from a unique part of a lot of the highest part of our Guava Banana micro-lot, which was made with a batch of 282 kg of coffee cherry and was taken with our CM process which consists of reaching a PH of 3.8 with several CO2 micro-injections during the process, and taken for 5 steps drying process which has been developed at the farm el Vergel to highlight the complexity and body of the natural processed coffees.
